Action
Withania somnifera (Aswagandha) is an adaptogen which reduces stress and anxiety associated with digestive disorders and provides a sense of well being. Ela. Chitraka and Swarnpatri ensure proper release of enzymes and improve digestion. Brahmi, Dadima and Rasna protect the mucous membrane and tackles toxic substances and intestinal pathogens. Triphala and Trikatu aids in digestion and helps in easy evacuation of bowels. Irritable bowel syndrome is effectively controlled by the collective action of the ingredients. Nutritive effect of the ingredients controls fatigue.
Indication
Indigestion, Acidity, Dyspepsia, Flatulence, Bloating, Irritable bowels, Anorexia and Fatigue.
Dosage
Adults – 1 to 2 teaspoonful two times a day after meals.
Children - ½ to 1 teaspoonful two times a day after meals
